Form C-10 is the Monthly Contribution Statement filed with the National Insurance Board of The Bahamas by all registered employers. It records each employee's insurable wages, which NIB uses to calculate benefit entitlements for unemployment, sickness, maternity, and retirement.
The total contribution rate is 11.3% of insurable wages (employer 6.65%, employee 4.65%), capped at BSD $810 per week. Payments received after the 15th are treated as in arrears and attract interest from the 1st of the month. NIB provides Excel spreadsheet versions for bulk employer submission.
