The ITR14 is the Income Tax Return for Companies filed with the South African Revenue Service. All companies registered with CIPC must file this return annually to declare their full income and calculate their corporate income tax liability. The corporate tax rate is 27%.
Companies must declare all financial transactions, income, expenses, and other financial activities for the year of assessment. The ITR14 is only available electronically via SARS eFiling at sarsefiling.co.za and cannot be submitted manually.
